ADMISSION PROCEDURE:
  1. General merit list will be prepared irrespective of caste or category on the basis of marks obtained at H.S.C. [Std. XII] examination or equivalent qualifying examination in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Math. Provisional merit list indicating merit number and aggregate marks on the basis of which merit list is prepared will be notified on the notice board at the time and date mentioned.
  2. Candidate seeking admission can raise an objection by a written complaint to the principal if he has reason to believe that ment is not given correctly or his name is omitted. Such complaint should lodge within time an objection will be accepted thereafter.
  3. In case of candidates securing equal marks at std XII their relative merit will be reassessed inter on the basis of the following
    • A candidate passing the qualifying examination with higher aggregate marks (Out of 600) shall be given first preference.
    • A candidate having total marks (out of 700) at S.S.C. examination shall be given second preference.
    • A candidate who secures higher in science subject at S.S.C. examination will be given third preference.
    • A candidate who secures higher marks in the subject of mathematics (out of 150) at S.S.C. examination will be given fourts preference.
  4. Provisional merit list of students admitted will be displayed after scrutinising the objection if any at the time and as specified.
  5. Candidate who has been admitted shall confirm his/her admission by paying the specified fees and depositing the required certificate in original at the time of admission. Leaving certificate. Certificate of marks at the qualifying examination will not be returned to any candidate once admitted.
  6. In case of candidate for whom the admission offered fails to take admission within the given time, the seat will be offered to next candidate in the merit list subject to observation of quata reserved for various categories.
  7. In case eligible candidate of any of three backward class categories viz(i)S.C. (ii) S.T. (iii) DT/NT are not available and the seats remain vacant such seats will be filled in by giving admission to candidates belonging to other two categories on their merit.
  8. After completing the admission for Maharashtra State Student, if seats are vacant will be fulfilled by outside state candidate from merit list of outside candidates on the basis of inter se merit.
  9. Transfer of student-A candidate once admitted in the first year of course shall be transferred during same year to any other institute of course for any reason exept because of option of higher course.
